It gave me complete peace of mind during a very stressful time. Terrible customer experience. I was double charged and have been going back and forth trying to get a refund for the second charge. Even though the charge has posted, they’re requiring printed bank statements and won’t accept online banking screenshots, which is extremely inconvenient. Every time I call, I’m forced to deal with a rude third-party service that keeps deflecting responsibility back to the agent — who doesn’t respond to emails or return calls, despite multiple requests. Overall, a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I do not recommend this insurance company and will be taking my business elsewhere.
