By far the worst moving experience I’ve had. Hiring movers is supposed to alleviate stress during the moving process and it did not. They are definitely not professional movers. They didn’t introduce themselves upon arrival. They didn’t have tools to disassemble my bed. Didn’t wrap all my furniture. One of the movers took a piece of my sectional down the stairs by himself. They were supposed to come back the next day to move my bed and did not. I reached out to the owner to discuss a partial refund and never received a response. I feel that time was wasted looking for tools to take my bed apart, arguing, and complaining. Lesson learned. I will never hire movers from Groupon again.

I had a terrible experience with this company. The two movers who showed up to my job had already been working six hours straight with no break on another move before coming to mine. They were clearly exhausted — one of them nearly fainted during the job, and I actually had to help them move my own furniture just to get it done safely. The move itself was simple — two bedrooms, first floor to first floor, only a 12-minute drive — yet they charged me $890. For that price, I expected a professional, well-staffed crew and efficient service, not overworked employees struggling to keep going. This company is poorly managed, exploitative of its workers, and overcharges customers. I do not recommend using them.

The move started off fine until I reached my destination. The 2 movers were pressed for time, so they rushed disassembling and reassembling my king size bed with ONLY one screwdriver vs having a power drill, which tacked on over an hour of time that I had to pay extra!!!! I showed the owner the pictures/videos of how they left my bed. (Not to mention my picture frame Busted). I was wondering why my bed felt sunk in. A few days later with the help of my son we lifted up the mattress only to find screws laying on the floor, over half of the slats were not attached and spread apart. The movers told the owners that my screws were bent. NOT because Those same screws they had laying on the floor were used to assemble my bed back. I gave the owner chances to try and make things right with some type of solution but all my attempts went unheard and no replies. Never again!!!!!! P.S. I shouldn’t have to tell movers how to do their job!!!!!🤬
