Dillon and Matt P. were wonderful. They were polite, clearly knew what they were doing, arrived promptly in an emergency and listened to me as I thought it was the valve and it was. So they were very respectful. Thank you for hiring such great technicians. Cuyler finished the repair and was as efficient and pleasant as Dylan and Matt P. A great bunch of technicians.

Oh boy. Fasten your seat belts. My experience is from ten months ago and I failed to write a review. Are they reasonably quick to respond to your telephone call? Yep. But so will reliance or many other HVAC companies - so nothing exceptional there. They USED the be super reliable, competitive, and honest, but something changed when they sold out to a bigger multi-city brand. Not the same business model, regrettably. Called them in to look at my blower motor on my furnace. I had already diagnosed the unit and knew what was wrong. A technician showed up and inspected my furnace and agreed the blower was faulty. He then drilled a hole in the side of my furnace put a scope in and said some fleck of dirt on my heat exchanger was a hole, and my unit needed to be tagged. So he red tagged it and took it out of service. This put me in a bit of a pickle as it was mid-November and it was getting cool at night. He then very very heavily PRESSURED me to sign their agreement to repair/replace my furnace. He tried to say it was for the visit that day, but the tablet clearly indicated the heater core replacement at around 2 grand. I absolutely refused to sign and told him to send me the bill for that day's visit. This signing/no sign conversation took 5 minutes for him to realize I would not be bullied into signing. I then called in my girl at Reliance. She's awesome. She sends over her technicians, and they can't find anything wrong with my heater core. I wound up buying a new furnace (I got a smoking good deal) rather than replace the blower. End of the day: haven hires and promotes grifters. They want the big sale/commission. Be very very cautious. Always get a second opinion.

Just had my older furnace, fireplace and AC serviced by Dillon M. He was here for 2 1/2 hours working on these and did a terrific job. Everything is clean, working great and ready for the winter. He gave great feedback on the readings from the appliances. Very satisfied with the service we get from Haven!

Just had John and Casey here for a plumbing issue. Very polite, very professional. Explained the problem and fixed it without any issues. Would definitely use them again without hesitation, and would absolutely recommend your company. Best of all...they are cheering for the Bluejays!!!!
