Went to the walk-in clinic for a pre-employment drug screen the front desk lady, Amy, was so very rude and unprofessional!!! I was told I needed paperwork from the company the drug screen was from. I was told I could go to the same company here and pick it up. When I said I wasn't from this town and needed directions she replied that I needed to just go back to the place I originally applied. Same company just two different towns. When I found the company in this small town on my own, I returned back to this clinic and the same lady still was very rude! Telling me 'how hard was that'. So I replied "it was fairly simple; just go down to ave.d and take a left." Come on now.....she could have been nice and polite to give me those SIMPLE directions. But NO she chose to be an unhappy rude employee to this company!

I visited the Haskell Memorial Hospital ER on July 6, 2021. I finally received a bill on June 17, 2022. They must have been in a hurry for me to pay.
