This company has horrible business practices and are not professional at all. After they reached out to me MULTIPLE times for a campaign and a few weeks later we agreed to move forward. Their communication was WAY off and I ended up messaging four different people and each one had different ideas for the campaign! Out of nine items I was supposed to receive, I was only sent ONE! They still expected me to do the campaign and use MY products to substitute but not show them. I shouldn’t have moved forward but, I did since I was told the campaign was really about the one item I received. I told them I would have to go to the store during the Covid-19 pandemic and would go on my next grocery run to get the shampoo, conditioner, and deep conditioner. They had the audacity to try and rush me to make the content and say the deadline was over due!! I made my content a week and a half later and sent to my point of contact and she said she liked it but wish I would have showed my face more instead of focusing on the product and application process. She asked if I could show more of me face but, I needed to talk to ceo because there was too much back and forth. Because of the miscommunication, STILL not receiving all the products I was supposed to have. I decided I didn’t want to move forward! I had enough of the unprofessionalism. They did however offer $200 for a picture and I declined. I wish I would’ve looked more into this brand before working with them because I would’ve saved A LOT of time and frustration. Also, looking at their instagram account, how can they have almost 90k followers but can’t even break 100 likes on a post. Make it make sense! They bought followers. Also, I was the only review they had in a month and now all of a sudden there’s five 5-star reviews in one day 🤔 I think not!
