Wow! Where do I start to say how thrilled we were with the event that Kasey and the entire Harvest Moon Events crew executed for us? We hosted a Wedding Welcome Party for our son and daughter-in-law at Lookout Cabin in Park City, UT that was "Cowboy Chic" in theme and style. Kasey was a dream to work with! I had a vision of what I wanted the event to be and she helped me bring the vision on my Pinterest board to life in so many beautiful ways! She took my ideas and added her suggestions to make it even MORE special and pretty. It was spectacular! She connected me with an incredible musician and handled all of the details of the night. All of our guests had a blast and everyone commented on how gorgeous the event was, from the decor to the food and drinks. It was a night to remember! I absolutely could NOT have done it without Kasey and her crew. They were so accommodating in picking up items from me, setting everything up, taking it all down, and returning my things back to me at the end of the night. I could simply show up and enjoy the night with our family and friends! I would HIGHLY recommend Kasey and Harvest Moon Events.....I will definitely reach out to her when I plan my next event in Utah!

Kasey, did a fabulous job of managing our daughter's wedding. We live in Florida and the wedding was at Sundance Resort. We would not have had such a smooth day if it weren't for Kasey and her team. She is excellent with details and has a very diplomatic way of handling situations without ruffling anyone's feelings. She kept us on track and prompted when necessary in an encouraging way. She has some excellent vendors that she works with and her attention to detail is impeccable . She did the florals for the entire wedding and the bouquets were gorgeous ! She took my daughter's and fiancé s vision and developed it into a beautiful plan and day. We would definitely recommend Kasey and Harvest Moon Events for your next event!

Tonight I worked a wedding planned by Kasey. I absolutely loved her timeline and all the info it provided. Her team transformed a basic room into a beautiful space. She was constantly ensuring everyone was happy and taken care of. It was a really great wedding because of her! So from a vendor perspective she is the kind of planner that cares about you as a person.
