Bit of backstory is my insurance came up for renewal, it was on a new system or something so I had to come into the branch. I'm a single parent of 1 yr old twins that have not gotten into daycare yet. Denise B. And her colleagues were so helpful! A few came by the desk to help with the babies while Denise went through things with me. Then once that was completed she offered to finish up the paperwork for me to sign digitally. The staff offered to carry a baby out to the car for me. Ran ahead to make sure the door was open. Communication was clear, they really showed they cared. There was a glitch in the system and the payment had come out in full earlier than it was to be. Denise emailed back right away to keep me informed and helped. Me all this is why I still gave 5 stars. The staff. Top notch.

I have been a customer for a few years now and generally been happy with the service. But this morning was when I stop by for a policy renewal, the regular insurance advisor did not take the time to meet with me instead I got to speak to a person who identified themselves as Cam who was absolutely unprofessional and very patronizing.
