*1/5 Stars - Extremely Disappointing Experience with Management* I am appalled by the unprofessional and rude behavior of the manager. Unfortunately, the experience was so poor that I would give zero stars if possible. The manager's attitude and demeanor were completely unacceptable and unprofessional. While the shopping centre itself may have its advantages, the management's behavior overshadowed any potential benefits. I would caution others to be prepared for a potentially stressful and disappointing experience. *Rating Breakdown:* - Customer Service: 1/5 - Management: 0/5 - Overall Experience: 1/5 *Recommendation:* Improvement in management's customer service skills and professionalism is urgently needed. Very sad that Hart Home Essentials is no longer apart of the Hart mall. It was my favourite store. There's not much for shopping in this mall, but there's a few quaint spots worth checking out.

Staff is great but unfortunately a lot of trinkets are overpriced! You can get party supplies and cards crafts and other things that are fair priced. Just shop around

This mall needs a lot of work. The parking lot hasn't seen a new piece of asphalt in 30 years, the traffic islands and signage is decaying and the access points onto Austin Road are insanely dangerous. The landscaping is barely alive and there is often trash everywhere. Disappointing to see such little aesthetic maintenance.
