I got referred to Hart Law by my realtor as she’s worked with them many times and has success stories. Being from another province moving to Alberta I have it a shot as the reviews were great. I had the opposite experience, I was with Patricia. She was all over the place, didn’t put some fees in that we later had to pay after our closing date, didn’t file or send off anything to our broker/bank until the day of moving in and still had missed somethings. She seemed rushed all the time and like we were burdens, I got eyes rolled at for a few things(one of us didn’t have two proofs of IDs) and she was annoyed with that. We were suppose to be into our new home early on a Friday morning but instead we waited all day 6pm or so to hear from her. Overall, bad experience and I hope this does not happen again to anyone.

used Glenda to sell my house back in April 2025. my wife was out of the country during the finalization of the contract, and trying to navigate that with Glenda was more than Painful. it wasn't the process, but the condescension and attitude when asking to walk through a problem. before i was even able to explain my question, and resolve it i was Laughed at and told " I'm not a miracle worker " after trying my hardest not to hang up and find another lawyer, we actually talked it through and came to a resolution. so her comment was pre-mature and unprofessional. trying to navigate the paperwork from overseas ruined my Wife's vacation, then to find out we could just waited until she got home to resolve the issue's after the deal closed. Paying to have paperwork signed and expedited back to Canada was pointless. this is my second time dealing with her. my thought process was, " deal with the devil you know, rather than the devil you don't" come time to finalize the garage permit ( which was a $20,000 hold back ) i felt like she was advocating for the buyer, and not the seller " ME " absolutely no accountability when i comes to acknowledging her errors in handling PAYING Customer's. had to threaten to have every adult in my family to leave a review before i seen any Hustle to get the deal closed up. Once payment was made, it's like all efforts went out the window until i made the threat. WILL NOT BE USING HART LAW EVER AGAIN
