BEWARE! Austin Ferguson, salesman, just sabatoged my car by removing my air intake. He said my engine was probably ruined and I had to get out of my vehicle today. This was a ploy to convince me my Dodge Charger was of no value for my trade in. He did this on purpose. In 11years, air intake has never come off. Plus my husband had just been under my hood replacing head lights and all was secured. It can only be removed by force and the sensor would have warned me if it was off. I contacted the police in hopes they will get video footage.

The sales manager Eric is unresponsive to helping the customer. Worked personally with Emma who tried to help, but after my second request the sales manager walked out and denied any deals and negotiations. I chose to get the car anyway, but left with a dirty car, stickers still on it, and the gas tank was on empty. The sales manager was rude and disrespectful and I still had to pay a 700 dollar document fee even after paying cash for full sticker price on the vehicle. I would rather walk everywhere I go than get another car from this establishment again.

I bought a couple of vehicles from the New Lot side many years ago, but that was because I had straight cash to buy them back then. Other than that I always dealt with the used Lot side and back in 2018, I bought a SUV from them and had it many years. My son went to them 8 months ago and they worked with him to get a car. Went in Dec 21, 2024 looking for a specific vehicle but it was sold, and looked at an SUV instead. The salesperson Yvonne found us a nice car that fit our budget. Then our credit was checked and he worked with us to get the best monthly payment possible. When it came time to do the actual paperwork, Tim Simpson worked with us and found a company that was willing to take my partner on the loan by himself. I highly recommend them!

Had a good experience with the salesman Austin but was absolutely insulted with my trade offer. They spent less than 10 minutes looking at it and offered a ridiculously low $500. Refused to even take a real look at it. Lost a guaranteed sale.
