He is professional, caring… amazing as a dentist. I always go to Jack for my cleaning appointment, he is awesome - detailed, knowledgeable and fun. Trillium dental centre has an amazing team of dental professionals that are both highly skilled and incredibly kind. I had a troublesome tooth last year and Doctor Shamji saw me several times to assess my tooth and develop a plan of action to make me more comfortable. He prioritized seeing me and was always compassionate about my condition. Brittany is the dental assistant that worked with Doctor Shamji, and she was very knowledgeable about dental procedures and had exceptional bedside manner. The two of them worked as a team to see me through a few procedures and always made me feel safe and heard. Thank you both, and everyone at the Trillium dental centre for your great work in Waterloo!

I was terribly worried about getting my 2 teeth out. The experience although of course scary was such a great experience. Dr.Shamji was so Kind encouraging and walks you through each step. When my Dr retires I'm definitely coming here. They're beyond amazing.
