My visit at Harbourside Dental was very pleasant . The receptionist, Michelle , was very cordial . Everyone was efficient and friendly .Dr Petite , I felt I've known her for years while it was my first visit with her . I was so glad she took me in to check an old tooth which was giving me problems. She give me her personal advice and assured me that at anytime I have problems again, to just give them a call and they'd refer me to another Doctor who does the extractions of the molars . Thank you all for making my visit enjoyable . Justine 😊🙏❤️

I love the staff at Harborside Dental ! Always friendly and next to no waiting time in the waiting room . Dr. Petite always lets me know what is happening. The dental assistants and hygienists are so good when working on my teeth and so friendly! Love it there . Michelle on the front desk always greets me by name and with a smile

I was so shocked at the treatment I received in this office. I was visiting from out of town and needed a minor repair (just reattaching a support wire to a tooth). I originally could not get an appointment but put my name on a cancellation list and got lucky. The doctor wanted me to pay for x-rays which in this case was ridiculous given why I was there. When I pushed back she got arrogant and condescending and refused to do the work saying she disagreed with how my dentist had treated the original problem and so she would not reattach the wire. It would have been a 10 minute repair. I couldn’t believe it. And as I was leaving she charged me $70 for refusing to do the work! I wish I hadn’t paid it, I feel like I have been taken advantage of.
