I am absolutely blessed to have met Doctor Dale Lai! She is helping me with all my cavity fillings and teeth extractions. She is very sympathetic and thorough in her work. I have severe anxiety which means I'm not fun or easy to have as a patient. She always makes me feel comfortable. She really listens and wants to help! She really is the best!!! I highly recommend that you give her a call. PS - All the dental assistants are really helpful and kind too!!! Oh , the front staff is great too!!! :)

I’ve been going here for years and have always had a great experience. I’ve seen several different hygienists over time, and every single one has been kind, professional, and made each visit pleasant. The reception staff are welcoming and organized, and always remember your name! The dentists are knowledgeable, personable and caring. I even got my Invisalign from done here, and the whole process was smooth and wonderful. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for consistent, high-quality care!

I was treated very well. From the moment I stepped through the door, I had a feeling I was in the right place. This was my first time getting dental work done here. I was on the Ontario Seniors Dental Program and I had been "assigned" a dentist to work with. I wasn't too happy with the results so when I switched to the Canadian Dental Care Program I was able to choose my own dentist. After some searching I found this practice that seemed grounded and professional to me. I was right and I'm so happy! Here I'm treated with dignity and not just another appointment. Plus, the work done on my teeth was the most exceptional quality! I will not hesitate to go back for sure!

Since it was my first visit to a dental clinic in Canada, I would say the experience was very good. My first visit was with Dr. Lai, she explained the whole procedure and x-rays. Also a big thank you and note of appreciation for my hygienist Devi Thumbasamy as she did a pretty good job with my cleaning, it was very gentle, at a normal pace (not too fast) and painless especially given my earlier dental experiences. Also the receptionist explained me the charges in the bills perfectly. Overall, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good dental treatment.
