On a Friday afternoon around 4 PM. They had no chicken and asked me to go park for 20 minutes. When my order came, I left and went home, which is only three minute drive to my house. The fries were cold. The chicken was hot but extremely and I mean extremely greasy so bad that that box that they put it in was falling apart. I am 69 years of age and had a lifetime of eaten KFC and I’ve never seen anything this bad plus whoever was in charge of salt put so much salt on the fries that even we couldn’t eat them. It was overbearing. We tried reheating them, but that never goes well. I do not recommend this KFC. We have noticed that in the last few months we keep getting asked to go park and wait. Never had to do that except for maybe once or twice a year but now it’s every time. We will not be back. I can pick up KFC on the way home from work if I want and if it’s cold well at least I didn’t give (Stony Plain) KFC the business.. I tried phoning in after I’ve gotten home this last time and you cannot get through to anybody. Nobody picks up the phone. More poor service. You can tell by the pictures of how greasy the chicken was. We’ve never seen it this bad we tried to pat the chicken down, but by then it was cold and holding onto the grease. You can see the box. It was so greasy that you could put your finger through it with no effort at all.

We stopped in on Tuesday night, ordered a large family bucket plus some extras. Spent nearly $80. It was not busy at all, and we waited 15 mins for our order. Once we got home we started eating. Everything was fine until I bit into my chicken (breast) and it tasted off. The chicken i was eating was red on the inside. I immediately stopped eating and am hoping that i do not end up sick. So far i feel fine. But I am thouroughly disappointed in the quality . To top it all of they forgot th gravy that comes with the meal. Thankfully my children were having f popcorn chicken otherwise i would worry about them getting sick as well.

Let me just throw up really quick! You guys this is unacceptable how old is this lettuce!!!!? It’s disgusting brown and soggy just mush! Even McDonald’s does better! Do NOT GO HERE THEY DONT SERVE YOU FRESH FOOD 🤮🤮🤮🤮! GO TO SPRUCE GROVE.

Backed out of the drive-through to go into the restaurant yesterday because it was taking so long. Restaurant was nearly empty but it appeared only three staff were working- two adults and a younger person who appeared in training. Got my order, went home and ate it. It tasted fine at the time, but 5 hours later was puking my guts out. Will not be going to this establishment again.
