I say it's an OK experience, but the relaxing effect doesn't really permeat on the body. The next day my body (specifically on the back) only felt more sore. I guess if you're not really that stressed, you can try the spa. Otherwise, you might need to visit 2 or 3 more times to completely remove the built-up stress.

Been to this place once last Monday, body scrub not sufficient and inconvenient. Have to to go down to ground floor to shower. Booked and confirmed for a Thursday 2 hour whole body massage after body scrub. Went in today, no booking recorded. Supposed whole body massage was just a back, face and arm massage. When done, unable to leave as thew parking lot was blocked by tricycles and motorbikes. Receptionist unable to help, just ignored me while I sit in the car for the tricycles to clear. What a mess.....avoid this place as possible....not worth....
