This makeshift company took over managing my property in March and have been completely unwilling to address issues in my unit even though IHA gave them 24hrs to resolve the issues. I’ve been on a month to month lease in this unit since my lease ended in 2023. Now this company is attempting to force me into lease to address the issues in my apartment. I surely wouldn’t suggest leasing with them or allowing them to manage your property! Update: 7/8 an inspector was here and stated this company had 24hrs to address the issues. But, no contact from this company until 7/15 with no real remedy to the uninhabitable property. Hopefully the Marion County Board of Health will take action to address these problems in the unit. Update: 8/22 Currently homeless because this bootleg operation of a property management company failed to address the damage in my apartment, causing the housing authority to reverse their payment in an abatement. Even though I’ve been out of the property nearly week they’ve still not been to the property to complete any repairs as it was never their goal to repair the unit but to have the tenants vacated by any means! DO NOT RECOMMEND will have you homeless!!
