We needed to have a bathroom fan installed and found Handy Home Property Services and Dan after a google search. Dan responded to our request for a quote within a day and was able to fit the project in before the week was up. He was courteous, polite and efficient. The fan was installed in a timely manner and the area was left completely cleaned before his departure. I am extremely happy with the work Dan has done for us and have additional projects lined up for him. I will definitely be recommending him to my family and friends! Thanks for your help Dan!!

Dan was very good at communicating about arranging a time to do some weather stripping for me. He was punctual and friendly. He did the job thoroughly, explaining what he did and why. He cleaned up afterwards and his price was reasonable. I would call him again when I need another job done!
