Shu Tomikawa先日リニューアルされた横浜モアーズの上階合計三階分フロアが専有されています。以前は少し狭くてゴミゴミしたイメージだったのですが、今は大分フロアが広く、広々しています。 最下階にコスメフロアがあり、ラインアップが充実しています。すぐ近くのNEWMAN Yokohama 5Fにはネット通販が元々メインの＠cosemeのアンテナショップがあるのですが、そこもコスメのラインアップが充実していますが、そこと双璧をなすラインアップと便利さのショップとなっています。 最近TOKYU HANDSですが、全体的にLOFTに押されつつあり、経営状態が全体的に良くないので、各地で店舗閉店が続いている中の、新規お店ですのでとても重宝します。
コスモス５階で陳列作業してた男性店員に「自転車にかけるワイヤーロックみたいなのありますか？」と聞いたら「無いですねー、すみません」と苦笑いしながら一言で対応終了。 ですが、７階に数種類ありました。 私の前に質問してた若い女性には丁寧に対応してたので、こちらのお店は客によって対応変える教育でもしてるんですか？ 誤案内された上に、態度も悪く、不愉快極まりないです。
ZA-SA KANハンズの店員さんは商品に詳しく親切なイメージがありましたが、あるものを「ない」と言われてショックです。 毎年ハンズで購入している野鳥の会カレンダーが見当たらなかったので、カレンダーコーナーの側でお正月商品を並べている女性の店員さんにハンズのホームページの商品写真を見せて訊きました、 大きな壁掛けカレンダーを持ってこられたので(野鳥の会カレンダーは大小2種類あります)、「それではなく、小さい方です」と伝えると「それは無いです」と即答されました。 その大きなカレンダーの場所を自分で確認すると、その側(目立たない隅にかかっていました)に小さい方もあったので、店員さんに「ありましたよ？」と伝えると、「あ、はい」(←原文ママ)とのこと。 カスハラの反対ってなんと言うのかな？なんて思いました。
