Worst phone system. Wait over 20 minutes for a random hang up, or hit one to book or cancel and appointment and it says this number doesn't have voicemail. I just want to speak to a receptionist!! Love Dr.Perry, hate the phone system. Needs to be addressed!!!

The secretary's are very rude and disrespectful on the phone. Beyond the worst I have ever experienced from a doctor office. So unprofessional. Seems like upper management aren't doing anything about this, clearly to all the horrible reviews. Find a doctor elsewhere. The nurses are not very friendly either. Can never get a doctor appt as well, usually a month out.

Never answer the phone. Better to drive there just to make appointment with your doctor..and they wonder why we use a clinic. Wait times suck to see family doctor

If i could give 0 stars i would. you cannot get through to the phones. long hold times & random hangups. When ever I call and press #1 there would be a voice tells me there's no voicemail & it just hangs up. However, My 1 month old baby has rashes all over her body and fever simply i want in appointment but the web site they have it's not letting me add her and when i went after hours the receptionists are some of the least patient and rude people I've delt with in the medical field. They have zero empathy for people who are asking them simple questions that have to do with their health and well being, they told me its pass the capacity and they can't take her. Its too bad that my amazing Dr. Perry is working at the worst place. This place should really look into some sort of training for the people answering the phones because they could definitely use it. please invest into fixing this mess.
