Our dog was completely at ease. Dr. Hyland was very patient and answered all our questions with clear answers. Everyone at the clinic was super nice and welcoming. I would strongly recommend this clinic.
Amy QuinlanI deleted my previous five star review from many years ago. We loved the daycare and all the staff that were with the clinic for many years. It felt like seeing family and friends when you would visit. We left the clinic when the office went corporate and the daycare closed. I was disappointed at that time, but wasn’t compelled to write any kind of review. However, upon visiting our new vet for a full physical, it was identified that our dog had massive dental problems that had been overlooked by Clappison. To be clear, we attended every year for our annual physical and kept up with vaccines. Our dog has since had 15 teeth removed and our new vet office, could not believe the awful state that his mouth was in and the pain that he must have suffered as a result for many years. If that wasn’t bad enough, this office called us many months later to check how our dog was doing after his veterinary care had already been transferred and his procedures had been performed. The warm, caring touch that this clinic once had is no longer. Take your beloved pets elsewhere.
