I found booking my appointment really easy and when I arrived for my appointment, I thought the Barn was beautifully done. My therapist (Sadie) was very knowledgeable and talked me through each of the steps she took during my Hydra-massage. I honestly couldn't imagine going somewhere else, ever! I've been coming to HBB since 2022 where Sammi and her amazing team helped me get wedding ready. Ever since i've been coming in for my gels, waxing, massages and now laser hair removal. Sammi and her team truly love what they do and care for their customers. I love the community Sammi has built up and how easy it is to chat to all the staff AND other customers. I've started having laser treatment which at the start felt very new and a little scary. Vicki spends time with me going over what the process is, checking in with me throughout the treatment and helps me with the aftercare. All the team feel like friends and i'm always made to feel so welcome.

I had the deluxe pedicure with gels. My feet were transformed by Sammi who not only took her time to give me a special experience but she also gave advice on keeping my nails in the best condition while on holiday. I felt totally relaxed throughout the whole experience and left feeling like I was walking on air. Thank you Sammi and all the staff who were so lovely.
