book appointment last week with them, they didn’t show up on time today, I waiting 2.5 hours then I called to see if I got the time wrong, the man said said he needs to reschedule. I just mentioned to the man that they should let people know so people are not waiting around and I could have found someone else to come do the work for me last week for my day off

So disrespectful and rude time wasters. Asked for a quote on a job I needed done and I was told they could do it and they would get back to me the next day with details. I sent my design, and…Nothing. Follow up. Nothing. FOLLOW UP AGAIN. Nothing. Completely ignored. This went on for a week. HOW RUDE! I could have hired someone else in that time but I was waiting for this guy who doesn’t even have the decency to respond to customers or acknowledge them when they try to contact. It takes 2 seconds to respond to a text, which you should do out of courtesy because it is the kind and respectful thing to do. You have no excuse. “Busyness” is not an excuse either. Hire more support staff so you don’t screw over people. Simple. Zero star. No, I will not be hiring you..ever. You are clearly incompetent as demonstrated by the fact that you can’t even handle a 2 second administrative job out of respect for prospective customers. And you want me to trust you to work on my home? No, that is not how it works. Guy’s name is Johnny. 🤢
