I have watched this coffee shop over years become absolutely amazing. The crew is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, they always have a great attitude and energy. The coffee is top tier especially for how fast they move orders, I am always able to count on them to get me a coffee on the way to work. They have changed the lanes (walk up window) and it has been an adjustment yet the staff has been extremely gracious and made sure I have been taken care of.

I’ve bought blackrock for years. Yesterday my husband dropped by on his way from work. When he got home he noticed the coffee wasn’t half sweet as he usually asks for it. Went back to get it remade at around 9am this morning once I dropped off my kid at daycare because it’s quite a way from my home. The lady still charged me even though I brought it back and she even made a face. I wasn’t going to travel back at 6:30pm to get it remade so this sorta is upsetting.

I ordered a americano with extra cream extra honey and an ice cube to cool it down a bit and it came like a straight drip house coffee bitter and scalding hot ...dumped it out ...headed to Dutch bros from now on at least they listen as you order

Love the Black Rock Frozen Fuels. However, this is the slowest location and hardest to get in and out of. Not sure why, but it's been this way for a while now.
