I’ve been going to this salon for about a year now! Mitra always does my hair so nicely and quickly, especially my bangs. They frame my face perfectly! Moving to this salon was the best decision ever, no regrets here! :)

My wife and I go there for hair cuts. Service is great and very friendly, clean, calm, on time. Mitra is a very skilled hair professional, she doesn't exactly what you tell her to the point. She is fast and calm and very reasonably priced compared to other places. Much recommended for a hair cut, hair style . I haven't tried the beauty lounge 😅 so I can't judge.

Mitra ruined my hair. Went in for a bang trim and she gave me the shortest, most uneven/inconsistent, shapeless bangs I've ever gotten in my life - when I asked for a simple trim of my curtain bangs. She blamed me for raising my eyebrows but even with my brows raised high the bangs don't come close to touching them. If I were her I would've apologized and given a refund but there was no accountability for butchering my bangs that will take many weeks, maybe even months, to grow out. To say I regret coming here would be an understatement.
