Kasiah did such an AMAZING job on my hair!! I have never loved a style on myself this much! She perfected it, exactly what I asked for. She was so sweet and kind, and worked with me over the long process to get it finished! Super grateful for her and her time she spent perfecting this look! Highly highly recommended for alt styles!!

I’m new to town and needed my hair done. I have long, thick hair and I was very nervous to go to a new stylist. I called and they got me in the same day and put me with Alivia. She was very sweet and welcoming, and was thorough in making sure she understood my vision before we started (I didn’t have a specific picture of what I wanted, just a general idea) She also made sure to keep it within my budget, and was transparent about costs of procedures. She kept checking to make sure I was comfortable, and made sure I was happy with the outcome. All around she did an awesome job!!

Honestly, I never set foot in the place. But I called to check if they did micro braids. Even though they don't, the lady I spoke with (who was amazingly polite and sincere) actually gave me recommendations of other places that might be able to do it. I was very impressed with the fact she went the extra mile over the phone. That is very rare with companies now days.

I went in for an appointment this past week and my first experience was unfortunate and terrible. The partial highlights and lowlights looked awful - way too brassy and ashy and took 4 hours to complete. It took so long I was not able to get my hair cut as originally requested. I think this was an inexperienced stylist who does not understand color. I called the salon after I left to speak to Amanda and she was very understanding and accommodating. She got me in the very next day - she corrected the damage and gave me a great cut on top of it in under 2 hours! It looks so much better. I am giving Amanda and the salon 4 stars for great customer service and doing the right thing! Thank you!
