Everyone here is incredibly kind and welcoming - the atmosphere is warm and friendly from the moment you walk in. They even offer you a beverage upon arrival, which is a nice touch. I had my hair done by Rida, who walked me through each step of the process and explained all the products she used. I really appreciated the care and attention. Absolutely thrilled with the results!

I was very excited to go to this salon I booked an appointment for me and for my two daughters I am a 3b curly hair person and one of my daughters is a 3a and the other one a 2a it was my first haircut in a salon especially for curly hair and the very first haircut for my daughters in a salon. The place is nice, everyone was welcoming and the experience of how we were treated was a 5 stars but at the end of the day I didn't drive 90 min to see happy faces I wanted a good curly hair cut. I mention to the girl that was going to cut my hair that I was having second thoughts about cutting it because I don't wanted my hair to look short again so what if I just get a tonner or something like that to make look my color less warm, after chatting she convinced me that it wasn't going to look short and that she didn't have time for other treatment other than cutting. Long story short my hair looks very short I will add photos of the before and after. In the other hand my 2a curly hair daughter had tons of hair an it was very very long so I wanted a layer cut to make it less heavy for her. At the end of a very long appointment she ended looking exactly the same so I asked if she could cut more. She did it but no much difference, my 3a curly hair daughter finish the appointment looking like a 2b curly hair person lol I don't even understand how the lady could straighten her hair using a diffuser, but I did notice that she put to much product on her 5 year old hair so probably she just made it extremely heavy. Any way at the end of the appointment with tips and etceteras I ended paying 600 dollars for haircuts that I had to fixed myself when I got home. And most importantly after the appointment the very next day I was feeling some itchyness on the back of my head, well first I thought it must be a mosquito but after days and days I realized that wasn't normal and I started to use something for a fungal just in case I got something there, and that helped so I think that I got something there because I never had that before and I did notice one of the stylers using the same hair brush with two clients without desinfecting it. I don't necessarily think that my haircut looked bad but I asked her to please don't cut the ends just give it more round shape to the top, now if that's impossible she could of said that and then I should be free to decide what I want to do. Anyway I would need to wait 2 more years to look like the first picture again. I gave 2 stars because they were nice

Got my haircut done by Fatima and she did an amazing job. I asked for a butterfly cut with a reference photo, and she gave me exactly that. The layers are on point and the overall look is just perfect. Super happy with the result, definitely coming back.
