She really listened to what I wanted and is probably the best person who has ever handled my thick hair. So happy with the result and the products used were also amazing, my hair feels so healthy and shiny. Would definitely come back the next time I’m in Bristol.

Bartek is amazing, he makes you feel at ease and I leave with beautiful hair every time! The salon itself is gorgeous and Emma, the owner, is an awesome person to be around. I called them frantically on the morning that I was attending a wedding and the hotel had no hot water and they were so accommodating, squeezing me and my sister in for a hair wash. They are the nicest ladies, so chatty and friendly, and my hair has never felt softer or looked shinier after the hair wash! I struggle with tangly hair and they were so kind using products that meant my hair brush then glided through when I came to style it. Couldn’t recommend them more and will be forever grateful that they saved the day with their generosity and talent!
