I would give less but I do actually like the color…. I made an appointment with Jade for cut and balayage. She was sick that day so I had another senior stylist. He was fab and friendly but he FRIED my hair. I could tell after washing that it was mush. Color looked great but felt and looked like straw. $650 to ruin my hair. Thanks so much! Complained and got free treatment. Still fried. Will have to cut it all off. If this is a senior stylist I shudder to think of the less experienced. NEVER EVER again. After 2 poor experiences with my hair, I decided to get my hair corrected by Jade. My friend referred me to her and I'm glad she did! My hair went from a brassy brown to icy blonde hair! She also toned down my roots so I didn't need to travel to Oakville to gets my roots touched up often (I live in Hamilton). Jade was nice, friendly and fun to chat with and Lima who assisted her was great too! Book fast though, especially on Saturday because Jade is really popular (and now I know why). Also big windows throughout the salon so you get some sunshine, and they offer drinks - I got the cappuccino and it was delicious!!!

I got partial highlights done and I loved the colour, and I wanted to get some more in the front. They did it for me and the girl made it way too blonde, it’s honestly horrible for my first time experience getting my hair done. I paid $800, that was a waste of money. I’m extremely upset.
