I phoned as an emergency on a bank holiday weekend. They said they would be an hour and were here in less than 30 minutes. Within 1 seconds of looking at the lock he diagnosed the problem and had spares to fix it then and there. I doubt he was here more than 20 minutes. Made sure I tested it so there was no problems. A very pleasant chap, very efficient, and reasonable price for a call out. I would highly recommend their services.
