I usually don't leave a review after 1 appointment any where but we went there and there was only 1 provider and we were warned it may be a longer than usual wait no problem I understand we didn't wait very long staff brought us back were so kind and friendly they took their time but moved fast were thorough we had paid for the visit but they found some issues and were honest and refunded our money I know every office has ups and downs but there now care is the best one I've ever been to Thank You Hackley Community Care Now Care

Received excellent care. All staff from check-in to physician were kind, friendly, caring and professional. They were very thorough and informative on condition, treatment and expectations. Could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this facility. And they are open 7 days a week.

I got there at 520pm and there were barely any cars in the parking lot and no one in the waiting room. I was registered and brought back in good amount of time. I waited in the patient room for over an hour to see a provider. This place was NOT busy and when I asked one of the MAs if someone was coming she said they had one provider and I was the last one to be seen???? I’ve worked in an urgent care here and the turn around time was never this bad waiting in a patient room to be seen. I’ve worked with 70 year old doctors that didn’t take this long when they were by themselves! It’s now almost 7pm and I’m still sitting in a patient room for my baby to be seen for an ear infection!! Which takes 30 seconds to look and diagnose. Don’t go here the wait is ridiculous
