Also have ways to schedule apts and estimates without having to wait to talk to someone, etc. They keep you updated with texts and emails but don't overdo it, either. The work is superb and not only is it done well, but it done beautifully with a detail, car wash and WAX afterwards. Very happy with the work they did.

Had a fantastic experience at this CDE Collision Centers! My technician, Mack, was exceptional - great communication, timely updates, and provided all requested paperwork and photos. My Tesla looks perfect. Highly recommend Mack and the team! Edit: I had to bring my car back due to some issues that arose during the initial service, and I am beyond impressed with how the team handled it. Mack and Brian addressed every concern promptly and ensured everything was fixed. Their commitment to customer service is truly outstanding - a genuine satisfaction guarantee!

They were able to see me right away to get an estimate for the repairs. They are quite busy an appointment we're starting a repairs wouldn't be available for a couple of weeks. When I picked up the vehicle I found that the actual bill was less than the estimate. That was a pleasant surprise. While the car was there I got text messages telling me what the status was as it went through the various operations. The repair work including the matching of the paint was perfect. I would not hesitate to go there again or recommend it to any of my friends.
