I love that Bardstown has a drop-off recycling option but I do wish there were larger, separate bins for each item so they wouldn’t fill up so quickly. People also need to respect the earth if they’re recycling and not throw it on the ground around the bins :( defeats the purpose of recycling!!!

I'm so glad that we have a place like this in our community. I love seeing people with disabilities have work, they are doing this community a great service. You done into the building, you don't even get out of your vehicle, they get all the things and take it to the appropriate place. We took broken down cardboard boxes, and lots of glass jars that I had taken all the lids off of but you don't have to they'll do it. They were so friendly and thanked us..... and I said oh no thank you. I was so glad to have all of that out of the garage...

This is the recycling spot for Nelson County Kentucky. Located in Barstown. These pictures are right outside the door from where the recycling is done. Bardstown is supposingly the most beautiful small town in America. Not so pretty here. Bardstown it's time to spend some money and clean up your town other than worrying about making all you can.
