STAY FAR AWAY Nizam seemed super inviting initially, turns out he only cares about certain customers. I had the worst experience dealing with him, he is not true to his words and always delays the deadline date as it gets closer. He never answers my calls and leaves most of my messages on read without responding. I paid for him to make me a sample in which I provided the embroidery images and he made the sample a week late, then told me production would take a week, now he's telling me that his line is full and production will start in 45 days, and he won't give me the design files as they are apparently his property although I paid for them. Very unprofessional manner and poor customer service, also keeps laughing at me whenever I make a true statement that he doesn't like which is extremely rude. Allay ysam7ak Nizam.

Run away Don’t deal with these people 0 honestly We agreed on 1 week for sample They took 1 month and refused to refund my money I’ll already make complaint in ajman ded will get money this way
