I had a tree limb fall on my roof during a weekend thunderstorm. I called Joey first thing Monday morning because he was the Project Manager on my last re-shingle. He was on my roof a few hours later evaluating, he then lined up a crew and materials while the tree service removed the limb. By sunset on Tuesday he had the decking inspected, vent pipe fixed, drip edge repaired and broken shingles replaced! Gulf South really came through in my time of need. I'll definitely be calling Joey for my next roofing project.
