By far the worst I've stayed in. The room was incomplete with furniture missing, terrible beds and the shower din't have a curtain. The WiFi was non existent and only worked at the reception. The staff were super friendly and were trying to do their best with whatever resources they had available. The breakfast buffet was very basic but good. ||Never going back.

My stay at this hotel was great. The room rate was very reasonable and the location of the hotel is also great.|Close to the city centre, clean rooms, 24hr reception, staff speaks English, breakfast was also very decent with plenty of choices.|I forget the name of the Filipino receptionist (he is in the photo posted by me) but he was great: very helpful and also very accommodating and helped a lot with the taxi since some taxis do not have meters.|So thanks again mr Filipino receptionist for making my short stay a great experience.|Just a word of caution which has nothing to do with the hotel but watch out what money you hand over. My taxi driver on the way from the airport to the hotel claimed I only gave him 1 dinar instead of the agreed 5 dinars which wasn't true. I was wondering why he dropped me off just before the hotel.|But once I was firm I gave him the correct note he didn't say anything and just left.|Again, this has nothing to do with the great hotel but it is just a tip for those taking a taxi from the airport.|The taxi organised by the Filipino receptionist was 100% fine.|Based on the price I paid for me this was a 100% pleasant stay at a hotel which looks to have been recently renovated.|Oh yeah, also the Bangladeshi receptionist the night I arrived was also a great guy.

I stayed in that 3 stars hotel for 3 night firstly they gave me a studio instead of a deluxe room and I am so thanksful to them.||The breakfast was good there was a variety of food and a cheif making fried eggs so I give the breakfast 8/10||The gym wasn't available because the total of 4 machines are damaged and not working. I added some pic of the damaged machines.|||The pool was soo cold and it was summer !!||The hairdryer wasnt working.||The bathroom is small and has 2 water leakige.||The hall and bedroom was excellant ||The location is excellant which is middle of kuwait ||Service is un-acceptable when you ask for somthing u have to ask for it again and again and you might not get it.the fastest thing they did is to send the bell boy for the check-out!!.||they gave only 2 botels of water free even when u r staying for more than 1 day.and I ask twice for these 2 bottels but they didint give so I bougth from out side !!.||There is a WIFI but to SLOW and cutting off alot.||One day I saw a costumer at the reception was so angry "he was saying that somthing stolen from his room and asking to check the cameras!!"||I appreciate to add my comments to help people choosing hotels

I stayed in the hotel for 5 days and I have listed down the main issues i faced: 1- Never had room service! Although its a hotel. 2- First two days they had no WiFi, even after that internet was disconnecting a lot. 3- No warm water during my stay for 5 days, although I told the reception about it. 4- TV had no remote control, I asked for a remote control but they didn't get me the remote. 5- I asked for iron 2 times and didn't get, I had to call for 3rd time and ask to bring me the iron. 6- I was going to the gym, but you can't call it a gym it's a store room with some machines that were full of dust and not working. 7- Sink was blocked, I informed the receptionist that sink was blocked but again nothing happened. 8- You can everything from other rooms, walls are thin and there is no privacy. 9- Room was really cold, and there was no heater.
