I’ve visited multiple times but have consistently faced rude behavior from the waitstaff. Ordering tea here is frustrating—it takes 25 to 35 minutes to arrive, and I have no idea why it takes so long. If you order Doodh Patti or Karak Tea, the waiter will only bring Kadak Tea instead. On my last visit, the manager, Nouman, was especially rude. After this experience, I’ve decided never to go there.

Visited Guftago Cafe and amazed to see how efficiently their waiters acts and were always on toes, this is the first restaurant where waiters seem friendly and smiling. Liked the presentation of the dishes even for a tiny plate, they added some kind of sauce with a pattern. Definitely recommended

Zain Ul Abidin

Their Empire Cheese burgers are quite good. The sauce on both chicken steak and burgers was easy on taste buds. The music is quite loud and the choice of songs is also very cliche. Rest, the ambience is pretty cool

The ambiance of this cafe is good. But it is too expensive. Food taste is also not up to mark. The staff is cooperative. The location is also perfect. But the only issue is the taste of food and price . They are charging for sandwiches more than Dagwood ( famous for sandwiches) but quality and taste of Dagwood is not matchable. Not Recommended at all
