We’ve been coming to this pharmacy for a year now since my child needs long term compounded medication as part of his medical treatment. Louis is always friendly, empathetic and incredibly helpful. He’s happy to answer your questions, and does anything he can to make your difficult situation better. The staff is responsive and maintains closed loop communication to ensure nothing is missed. An example for the pharmacists’ attention to detail is when they caught a prescribing error from our medical team. They noticed the prescribed formation didn’t make sense for my child’s age and contacted me to resolve the discrepancy together efficiently with their knowledge and judgement. They’re eager to support you in making decision regarding what’s best for your child and family, with consideration of factors such as the feasibility of administration, drug storage and stability, and finances. Glad to have found this pharmacy.
