Guardian Place Apartments

My mother resides at Darbyhouse Apartments for Seniors, and I’ve been extremely disappointed with the current office management. The office manager, Samantha, is frequently unavailable and consistently displays an unprofessional and unpleasant attitude. I personally witnessed her ignore a phone call from my mother while I stood at the office door—she saw the call coming in and chose not to answer. What if that had been an emergency? This kind of behavior shows a lack of concern for the well-being of the residents. It seems that as long as someone is sitting in the office, management believes that’s enough. Darbyhouse owners, you need to do better and truly prioritize the care and respect your senior residents deserve.

The building is kept very clean. My phone messages or emails get answered very fast, and our maintenance guy is the best. Another plus is that we have our own extra storage unit on the same floor. Trash chute and laundry is on the same floor too.

1year 6 months its a pretty good place to live
