I got my rapid antigen test in this pharmacy. The process was smooth and fast. They even accommodated me and my husband earlier than our scheduled time. The pharmacist Marian is a very nice person, she is a very pleasing person, customer focused and has an excellent customer service skill. I would definitely come back and or recommend this pharmacy for their excellent service.

Denied because of red and white health card which is still valid according to ministry of health. Wasted a sick day and 6 hours of my time, and probably about $60 coming from the city to see the neurologist only to be turned away. Receptionist was kind but I only realized I wouldn’t be seen when the doctor came and went and relayed info to receptionist without speaking to me first, then quickly took another patient ahead of me. I waited till they were done with the patient and kindly asked again and was denied. Please tell your patients when accepting bookings that they will be turned away in these cases especially if it is not a Provence wide law to possess the new cards. Really unhappy and will be searching for a referral elsewhere. Best be listening carefully to any convos between reception and doctors cause they will not take the time to speak to you directly as they are busy.

I would definitely recommend this pharmacy if you are new to the area or looking to transfer to a new pharmacy. Staff are very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you needs are filled. The pharmacist Dina is a very nice lady and willing to do anything in her power to make sure your visit is a good one. 5 stars all around.
