We just brought my 3 year old for vaccines. The pharmacist (Melanie) was absolutely amazing with her. Helping to distract her and make something uncomfortable go as smoothly as possible. We live on the opposite side of town, but will definitely be coming back in future years. Would highly recommend.

I took my wife in for a web consultation on Saturday with a physician. The pharmacist on duty that day was amazing, I can only assume she is the owner because the level of service was unbelievable. It is great to see that some people still care about customer satisfaction. I will definitely start taking all my business (RX, consultations, etc) there. The team at Pharmasave on Battler Rd in Kitchener truly sets the gold standard in the pharmacy business. I was initially prescribed opioids and was using another pharmacy at the time. When they received the prescription, which was a serious one (oxycodone), they mentioned it was on order. The dosage was quite high, starting at 15mg six times a day, eventually reaching nearly 150mg daily. The other pharmacy simply told me the medication would be ready the next day, but Mike at Pharmasave caught a critical issue. My doctor had mistakenly prescribed extended-release tablets to be taken six times a day, which should have been immediate-release tablets. Oxycodone is no joke, and in my pain, I didn't realize the mistake. Mike took the time to hold onto the prescription, coordinate with my doctor, confirm the error, and have it corrected before dispensing the medication. The other pharmacy just treated it as a retail transaction. Taking extended-release oxycodone multiple times a day could have been dangerous. As my dosage increased, Justine, another pharmacist, took the time to carefully train my wife on naloxone, treating the situation with the seriousness of a concerned elder advising a reckless teenager. Though she couldn’t outright tell me not to take it, she showed genuine empathy and concern for the high doses I was prescribed. When my back pain improved and I tried to stop the medication, I experienced severe withdrawal symptoms and ended up hospitalized. Justine continued to show concern, offering guidance on the next steps and how to handle the withdrawal process. Now, as I’m nearing the end of my taper, I see them every week, and it's always a relief to interact with the team. Every member of the Pharmasave team is fantastic and feels like family, but I want to especially acknowledge Josh, Mike, and Justine, with whom I’ve interacted the most. This isn’t just about the frequency of our interactions; it's about how they go beyond just dispensing medications. They truly understand the importance of interpersonal relationships. I wholeheartedly recommend this pharmacy for their outstanding team. God bless you all.

It’s extremely rare to find such incredible customer service in this day and age. Mike and the team have been so helpful and supportive with all of our family’s needs. They really care and we appreciate them so much. I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy.
