BEWARE! - DAMAGE DONE!! After I had guardian clean my siding, roof, and gutters, I called the owner Don several times and left simple messages to call me back. I also sent a couple of emails, and texts. Before hiring him, I specifically asked about damage to my bushes and plants in the front and rear gardens. Plant that I told him I cared about. I was assured they’d take precautions, including covering the plants with a tarp. They did not and the next day, my plants leaves curled up and dried out. I called Don to discuss and sent pics and he didn’t respond. They also left some other issues unresolved and I wanted to discuss with him. I’m sure we could have reached a resolution, but he’s avoiding me. WATCH OUT PEOPLE. A guy who won’t answer his phone after he’s done work at your house is not to be trusted. I expect a contractor that is a stand up guy, and will work to resolve and correct any issues for his customers. I’m a contractor and my reputation and name are of the utmost importance to me. Apparently Do. Just wants to take the money and run. Hope this helps save some others from the damage I had done.

Don did an amazing job! He was incredibly kind and professional, and worked quickly. We had a big tree that had created some clogging in our gutters, but Don cleaned it out without issue. I highly recommend Guardian Exterior Cleaning

If only one person reconsiders using this gutter cleaning service, then I've done my part as a citizen. Ratings for google reviews are always favorable and close to 5 stars because you are required to post your name publically (which most will not do- honestly, I am bit hesitant to post this for security reasons as local contractors obviously know where I live). After filling out the online quote form, I was given a "agreed upon price" of $200, but when showing up, Don doubled it to $400 (classic bait and switch technique) because I had gutter guards. If you do decide to use this service, make sure you put that you have gutter guards on the online form- even though the form doesn't ask for it. You will get doubled up. When Don said he was done, I trusted him that the job was complete and gave him the $400 check- big mistake. After paying $400 and "the job was finished," this posted picture shows the end result- notice the sticks and leaves coming out of the gutters. Regarding the picture posted here: After returning "to complete the job," he only showed up unannounced only to upsell me on new gutters with his partner. He did remove these sticks, but then took off the gutter guards-dumped them on the side of the house- without ever following up again (again, texted and called many times without getting a reply). During the next rain storm, huge waterfalls poured over another section of the gutters that I mentioned was a major problem area for us prior. I texted him 4-5 times and never heard back. I called the number and left a message- never heard back. I ended up calling another gutter company, and they came out and quickly cleaned the gutters- efficiently and effectively for a very good price. The other gutter company showed me that not only were the gutters not cleaned, but that the downspout was never cleaned. It was completely clogged and I watched huge amounts of gunk/mud/debris get removed. We just had a storm a few days ago, and the problem has been completely resolved. By the way, if you have gutter guards, they are vehemently against anyone using gutters guards (behind my back, he said to his partner: "I don't understand why people use gutter guards- it must be a mental thing." Long story short, this was the biggest waste of money ($400) I have ever paid any contract/service company. I never thought a simple gutter cleaning could be so stressful.

Don is very responsive, friendly, and professional. He did a fantastic job on my house, and I think he works very hard to do an excellent job. I recommend him highly, and I would not hesitate to give a personal recommendation.
