The staff here are very friendly, and I genuinely appreciate their kindness. However, I feel compelled to share my experience in the interest of transparency. Despite giving multiple chances, the pharmacy made repeated errors—something that simply should not happen, especially when dealing with a cancer patient’s medications. If a pharmacy cannot confidently handle more complex prescriptions, that should be made clear from the start. What was most frustrating was having to drive back and forth to pick up medications and, worse, being responsible for remembering when they needed to be filled. That responsibility should not fall on the patient or their caregiver—we place trust in pharmacies because we expect a certain level of expertise and reliability. Unfortunately, that trust was broken in this case. While this pharmacy may be fine for simple prescriptions, I cannot recommend it for anything more involved unless you’re prepared to closely monitor and manage the process yourself. Sadly, we had no choice but to transfer to another pharmacy. We are not the only ones—several of our neighbors and family members have had similar experiences and have also chosen to go elsewhere.
