daniel gonzalesI worked with these guys for 9 months now. They started off OK, but then I went through 5 different people account managers. I wouldn't hear from them for months at a time and only received a few reports about what they were doing. However, it wasn't much from what I could tell and the back links they created were very poor quality. Many were on sites created solely for selling back links and they were not relevant topics with my website. While I did have some competitive keywords go up in ranking, it wasn't enough to actually get them seen. But many of the keywords I was ranking highly for went down. Also, they did stupid things like creating 2 pages with the same keyword and then hyperlinking them. I had to spend a lot of time fixing their mistakes and will have to spend money fixing some as well. In general, these guys are not good and do not know what they are doing. If you have a website in a non-competitive industry, maybe they work for you. But the service is terrible. I had lots of questions go ignored and I am just mad I wasted so much time and money with them.

I signed on for a full year of social media management promising 15 posts per month. on the 3rd month now, they posted only 9 posts. I requested a refund for the frustration of dealing with their lies after lies. Once again they lied, what a surprise!
