I did an hour-long prenatal massage, and it was very relaxing. I have several small children and one on the way, so this was a much needed time for myself to recharge. Elizabeth was very calming and tailored the massage to my comfort and preferences. She made sure I was very comfortable and created an environment where I could rest. The price was reasonable for the quality of service I received. I highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Elizabeth is the best massage therapist I have visited. She made every effort to create a relaxing and safe environment. She also regularly checked in during the massage to ask if I was comfortable and if the pressure was not too light or too strong. My first appointment was for a non-surgical lymphatic drainage massage. I had no idea what to expect, but I was so happy with the results. Elizabeth went above and beyond, sharing practical tips I could use to prevent lymphatic swelling and providing a list of social media accounts that educate their followers on lymphedema and lipedema. For my next appointment, I chose an integrated massage. Her approach is like a mix of science and art - I felt like an artist's manikin being sculpted to match a page in Gray's Anatomy. After having such good experiences, I signed up for the membership. I plan to alternate between lymphatic drainage and integrated massages.

She made the experience so comfortable and relaxing, and the massage she gave knocked so many tight muscles free. I fell asleep during so many parts because I finally felt full body relaxation, and I swear the heated bed and heated towels just sent me to a new dimension of bliss.
