I stumbled across these at a Shoppers Drug Mart and decided to buy one. The package advertises 2 packs but it actually comes with 3 (which is already a red flag) as soon as i go to open the packs i noticed a small opening at the top, it’s blatantly obvious these packs are resealed as it basically fell apart when i put minimal force near the seam. After contacting support i was told it was out of their control and it was on the seller (Shoppers) in this cases fault and they couldn’t do anything about it. When i brought it to Shoppers they said it was a manufacturing issue and they also couldn’t do anything about it also. Kinda ridiculous how such a shady company can operate in one of the most popular drug stores and face 0 repercussions for scamming people out their money

Well I was hoping to get a reply from someone reguarding my terrible expriance with this company. I echo the people below who say they lack any customer service or care for thier clinets. I placed an order COD like I have done in the past and explained that I was leaving for a trip Wendsday and will return for a trip Monday to pick up. Knowing fully well I would not be answering emails I recived late that friday an email stating that I didnt have a CC on file for MY COD account that I pay on pick up with for the past 23 years dealing with this company. When I return monday to my amazement my order has not been picked or processed and when I emailed to ask why the no CC on file was the reason only to be met with a price increase and this: "I was still doing you a favor by compiling an order, however; pricing changed and I was forced to change all sales orders" Do your job is doing me a favor? Wow. I was begged last year to take product that was not moving and I did so without question onlyu to have several thousands of dollars tided up in slow moving inventory. Once I sold the items and had more capital I was met with this: "Pokémon is quick turning and orders are being force changed to match market. Realistically, we are not opening new accounts/doing orders for Pokémon on customers who are not doing consistent business with us." So me doing you a favor and sitting on $3000 of slow moving cards had me fall out of favor with your company? you are a joke and should be pumping gas with an attitude like this. You are not the only game in town. I emailed the owener expecting a reply and a week later nothing so I suspect they wont see this review. $5000 order is sitting in limbo so clearly they dont care about customer service or making money for them its about the power of the product and how they hover it over your head.

Bought marvel packs at Shoppers that were distributed by this company. There were no inserts in any of them which there should be at least one per pack. The packs opened easily because this company opens the packs, takes the inserts that are worth money, and reseals them. Huge scam!

Very disappointed my retailer’s Funko Pops comes in an open cardboard box with 6 Funkos in them. Looks like someone has already opened the box. Never happen to get any chase Funko’s I wonder why.
