The space is clean and well-organized, and all the instructors are true professionals. The receptionist was very friendly and even gave me a tour without rushing or watching the clock. As someone new to reformer classes and yoga, I really appreciated the support I received, especially from Lorena. Her patience and kindness truly touched me. If you're looking to start reformer or yoga, this place is definitely worth checking out!

This place is so beautiful and clean, I love taking the bounce classes and cannot wait to take a reformer class! This is one of the best pilates studios I’ve ever been too! I’ve been coming here for about a year now and haven’t regretted for a minute! The people at the front are amazing and patient The instructors are amazing and are great with clients! Overall this place is such an amazing family and if you’ve ever come to Groove Barre you can tell how much everyone cares for each other! PS washrooms are very clean

I visited this studio during my stay in Toronto because I really wanted to continue my Pilates practice, and I’m so glad I did! The space is great, I immediately felt very welcome, and even though I couldn’t download the app, they kindly helped me join the classes. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Toronto!
