Dr Zak & his team are very compassionate when it comes to the care of animals. Our dog Gunner has been going there for 5 years now. Once out of the car he will pull to the front door. He has had a few major issues in the past year & Brooker Ridge has taken all factors into account (budget & care. Their hours are great & have always squeezed us in during an emergency.

I have taken my American Bully to Brooker Ridge Animal Hospital 3 times, the second and third time when we got into out of the car he dragged me to the door excited to get in, tail wags and excitement when Dr. Zak entered. On the third visit Kain got neutered, the ladies at the desk who went over all the forms with us were exceptional, when Kain was finished and recovering they called to let me know everything was good, which I appreciated. We are thankful to have such a great vet close by. Thank you everyone at Brooker Ridge animal Hospital.

I cannot even begin to express my gratitude towards Dr Zak and his team at Brooke Ridge. Easter weekend, our regular vet was closed, we had called around to every vet in the area and everyone was completely booked. We finally came across Brooke ridge who took us in last minute. They were so understanding, took our budget into consideration and took amazing care of our very sick dog. We experienced the same issue a month ago, our regular vet pressured us into a $6000 surgery whereas Dr. Zak did not. I am super happy to say, our Dallas has passed the intestinal blockage that she had due to the amazing care she received, without surgery! We have definitely found our new vet moving forward, and I cannot thank them and refer them enough.

Dr. Zak and the team at Brooker Ridge Animal Hospital have been wonderful with our cat, Marvin. They were able to see him on very short notice, and we felt confident leaving him in their care. From the first call to the follow-up, everything has been smooth, compassionate, and professional.
