I recently completed 8 sessions of Physio with Guy (Guillaume V-Barrette) after hip replacement surgery. Guy kindly pushed me out of my comfort zone and 10 days after surgery I was walking well with no walker or cane. He had me doing stairs normally way sooner than I expected. He was kind and encouraging. Each week he sent me home with new exercises. The results have been great! I’m back to riding my bike and doing things I couldn’t do before my surgery, Appointments always ran on time. I would definitely use Guy again and confidently refer him to others. Jan Green

Physiotherapist Krystal Harvey took exceptional care of me following a Rt shoulder injury. She tailored specific exercises for me, based on whether I was regressing or progressing in my recovery. As an author, it is very important for me to work with minimal distractions, such as pain or decreased range of motion. Krystal worked hard to find a good balance of maintaining what strength and range of motion I achieved, and continuing to move my recovery forward. I highly recommend this compassionate and knowledgeable physiotherapist - she is the best!

All of the staff at Lifemark are amazing! My first physio appts were after total knee replacement surgery June 2024 with Evan. My massage treatments with Jennifer for shoulder and neck pain issues as well as dizziness (vertigo) have been life saving. Reception ladies are pleasant and both Jennifer and Evan take the time to really listen before deciding on a treatment. They are patient and accommodating. I am so thankful I found this little gem of a place. Life is great again!
