I will admit that we were impressed with intial quality of the condo in Skaha Hills and would have given 5 stars...but within 4 months we discovered some water damage in one room and suspected the water from above unit since master shower is there. We reported this issue and was told that it was our problem and to deal with insurance. 2 months later the problem only got worse so we called it in again for Greyback to investigate. This time they actually entered the suite above us and found a leaking water line on the shower valve. This was fixed quickly but it left a major restoration in our suite that was Not ADRESSSED by Greyback for 3 more months. We lost use of our place and luckily our insurance covered our costs (less deductible). Greyback's lack of ownership in this warranty issue and commincation gives them zero stars. The 2 stars are for initial quality which could have been 5 if we didn't have this service issue.

Agree with Michael. The apartment project on Leon Ave was a nightmare, frustrating, and shows the lack values and respect your company and the others involved in your project. The amount of times you guys parked dangerously on this street, blocking labes of traffic or driveways was incredible. The drug houses that were there before your company caused less headaches than your staff.
