Shipping/Receiving entrance on south side of facility on steam plant rd. Booked load with Convoy, receiving hours were supposed to be 5:30 - 14:00. I came at 5:30 and was given a dock but was told no one will be there until 7:00. At 7:10 someone tells me I need to now go to a different dock where a guy was just leaving from being unloaded. All I have on the trailer are a few pallets of labels and they take one off every ten minutes or more. Beware of the receiving hours so you don’t get burned for your next customer.

I may have been here at just the right time because I was in and out pretty quickly. That being said, most positive experiences usually go without review. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and I was loaded within a reasonable amount of time.

Where do I start, I don't know if how they treat you is based on your carriers status with them. Because I see their main truck load carriers go in and out on the regular. The shipping department is one of the worse I've been around. The staff has one gear "slow". Avoid this place at all cost 5 hours and counting.... for the 3rd time.😖
